Fort Walton Beach 2009

Well we made it to the beach. The kiddos did great on the way down to the beach. Spencer slept most of the way and Walker took a few short cat naps. When he was not napping he was watching a movie or asking questions?

Are we not at the beach?

Are we going to the beach?

Are we at the beach?

I want to watch another movie.

Why are we driving in the woods?

STOP I have to T T! (After T-Ting he wanted to watch all the big trucks pass by.)

Mommy, I am so hungry!

I want to get out of my seat.

We were almost to the condo and Walker starts to tell us that he decided that he did not want to go to the beach. He was wanting to go home.

Day One

Walker waking Spencer up, he wanted her to go to the beach with him.

All dressed and ready for the beach.

Swimming in the ocean with CeCe.

Jumping the waves.

Little Princess getting a little beauty rest.

After playing on the beach we went to one of the pools so Walker could play. He loved the pirate ship slide and all the animals that sprayed water.

Spencer watching Walker play in the pool.

Day Two

Today we went to the beach to fly kites and go to a sand castle building class. Jason and Walker also spent time at the pool and the lazy river.

Sleepy Boy

This is how we found Walker one night. We put him to bed around 8:30 and went back to check on him around 10:00. I guess he had gotten out of bed to play in his closet and feel asleep on the floor. It was too cute!! He was a very sleepy boy.

Silver Dollar City

Misty and I took the kiddos to Silver Dollar City. They loved it!!!!!! We rode rides and ate lots of fried food. YUMMY We are all a little worn out after two days there. Keeping up with three kids is hard work.
Walker, Macy & Grayson eating french fries, funnel cake and blooming onion.

A little cotton candy, anyone?

They both look so happy.

Watching the water and fire show at Branson Landing.

Macy showing Walker how to play a game.

Watch out, I might spray you!

Daddy Time

Spencer loves her daddy time!! Jason gets up with Spencer on Saturday and Sunday mornings so I can sleep. I usually wake up to the two of them talking together. It is the cutest thing. Spencer's face lights up whenever she sees Jason. She already has Jason wrapped around her finger. Spencer you have the best daddy a girl could ever ask for.

Happy 4th of July Weekend

We had a wonderful 4th of July. My parents came into town to help us celebrate. A very busy but fun weekend. Hope you enjoy the pictures.
Friday night we went out to eat and then after a yummy dinner we went to buy fireworks. This was Walker's first year to buy them. He had a blast at the firework stand.
Too many decisions!

Look what I found!!

This is my rocket. It can go really high.

After shopping at the firework stand we came home and shot fireworks. Walker was a little scared at first, but he warmed up quickly.

Helping Auntie with the sparkler.

Spencer even enjoyed the fireworks.

On Saturday after all the rain stopped we went to a neighbors house to swim and grill burgers. Walker loved the pool. Spencer had a great time sleeping.

Saturday night PawPaw and Auntie went to buy some fireworks. They came back with almost the whole firework stand.

At first Walker was really scared of them so we had to watch them from inside. He soon warmed up and would sit on the curb holding his ears. They were very loud. Spencer slept through the whole thing. I was very happy about that.

Watching the fireworks with PawPaw.

Walker and Laila holding their ears.
"It's too loud!"

Sunday morning we were very lazy. We went to the farmers market and played outside.

Walker holding Spencer. Such a cute picture!

He loves to give her kisses.
One day he will not like that nor will she.

Playing with her PawPaw before we go the the farmers market.

Sunday night we cooked deer steak. (Thanks mom and dad Jason was in heaven)
Jason made homemade ice cream. Walker loved it.
